As a Penticton family photographer, my job to help your family relaxed and be able to be yourselves. In order to authentic portraits of your family, you need to be able to feel free to act naturally. I use prompts and suggestions to help your family tune into your own relationships. I’ll make sure that you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and hopefully, you’ll even start to forget that I’m even there taking pictures and you enjoy your time together as a family.
While I do make sure we get at least one or two “smiling at the camera” shots, I put more emphasis on capturing the real life moments that portray who your family really is. The kids get to play, run, laugh and have fun. I’m here to make it as easy and effortless as possible.
I capture a variety of different combinations to make sure you have a photo of each, special relationship in your family. Some of the different combinations I include are:
- the whole family
- just the kids
- each child
- just mom & dad
- mom with all the kids
- mom with each child
- dad with all the kids

- mom and dad, with kids playing in the frame
